Mr. Acea F. Rogers, age 73 of Hope, passed away, Monday, October 31, 2016 at his home. Acea was born in Hope , Arkansas on February 10, 1943 to Frank Pearson and Onie Leona Shaw Rogers.  He was a retired truck driver for Texaco and a member of Southside Baptist Church in Hope. He is preceded in death by his parents, a son; Acea Clifton Rogers, a daughter; Venita Jo Benshoof and a brother; Harold Joseph Rogers.

Survivors include his wife, Lola Fay Shreves Rogers, two sons; Kevin Lee Rogers of Bismarck, North Dakota, Anthony Wayne Rogers of Prescott, Arkansas, a daughter; Christina Lanetta Arnold, husband, William of Longville, Louisiana, a sister; Leona Mae Simmons of Bauxite, Arkansas, eight grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, other family member and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, November 4, 2016 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 S. Main Hope.

Funeral service will be 2:00pm , Friday, November 4, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Dillard officiating.
