Mrs. Allene Taylor, age 98 of Prescott, Arkansas passed away, Friday, August 12, 2016 in Prescott.  Mrs. Taylor was born on September 15, 1917 in Prescott, Arkansas to Will and Emma McKinnon Crain.  She was a nurse, a caretaker and a home maker. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grand-mother that dearly loved all her friends and her church family.

Mrs. Taylor was a member of the Prescott Church of Christ for over 80 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Floyd L. Taylor, two brothers; Clarence Crain, James Thomas Crain, a sister; Beatrice Rowe, two grandchildren; Brian Thomas Taylor and John Edward Taylor and a beloved daughter-in-law, Jackie Taylor.

Survivors include: one son; Floyd Thomas Taylor of Wickenburg, Arizona, a daughter; Billie Ann Gass of Chickasha, Oklahoma, a sister; Alice Marie Lowdermilk of Prescott, Arkansas, four grandchildren, one great grandchild, three step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, numerous other relatives and a host of friends.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00pm, Monday, August 15, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Cornish 1196 Hwy 371 West Prescott, AR.

Funeral service will be 10:00am, Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Cornish The Funeral Home of Prescott, with Mr. John Cannon, Jr. officiating.
