Mr. Artie Pike, age 74 of Washington, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at his home. Artie was born July 21, 1940 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas to Henry and Iva Block Pike. He was a member of Hope Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters. He was a self employed hard working dozer operator that enjoyed being outdoors. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Norma Pike of Washington, four sons; Ricky Pike and wife Diana of Colcord, Oklahoma, LeRoy Pike of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Randy Smith of Washington, Arkansas, Steve Smith wife Tara of Aztec, New Mexico, three daughters; Melinda McClendon, Diane Bishop of Colcord, Oklahoma and Rhonda Buchanan of Gentry, Arkansas, two brothers; Charlie Pike of Cottage Grove, Oregon and Jimmy Pike Pea Ridge, Arkansas, two sisters; Margie Payton and Dora Burfiend of Colcord, Oklahoma, 19 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. No family visitation is scheduled. Memorial Service, 2:00pm, Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Hope Church of Christ with Mr. James Hastings officiating.
