Mrs. B.J. Caraway, age 42 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at her home. B. J. was born in Linden, Texas on March 12, 1974 to Bobby and Brenda Sanders Caraway. She was an Emergency Medical Technician and a case worker for Southwest Mental Health Center in Hope. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Bloomburg, Texas. B. J. is preceded in death by her father Bobby Caraway and sister Kimberly Caraway.

Survivors include her mother; Brenda Caraway Sorrels, husband Heb of Emmet, Arkansas, one daughter; Cortney Marie Grant of Hope, Arkansas, brother Bobby Caraway of Atlanta, Texas, sister; Staci Helms, husband Jason of Hope, Arkansas and numerous relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home 1001 South Main St. Hope, Ar.

Graveside service will be 2:00pm on Monday, January 16, 2017 at New Hope Cemetery in Bloomburg, Texas with Bro. David Baxley officiating. Burial will follow the service.
