Mrs. Betty Sue Ward, age 67 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Thursday, September 29, 2016 in Texarkana, Texas.  She was born in Lake Village, Arkansas on February 22, 1949 to Frank H. and Johnnie Louise Gregory Pamplin. She was a warehouse supervisor for International Paper Company and a Baptist. She is preceded in death by her parents; a son: Bobby Dale Worthy, four brothers; Johnnie Frank "Sonny" Pamplin, Robert Edward Pamplin, Roger Dale Pamplin and William H. Pamplin.

Survivors include her husband, Butch Ward of Hope, son; Ronald Dean Barnett, wife, Susan of Spring Hill, two daughters;Carolyn Worthy Powell of Hope, Deanna Worthy Norman, husband, Mike of Son Prarie, Wisconsin, two brothers; James Harvey Pamplin, wife, Margie of Hamburg and Houston Wayne Pamplin of Hamburg, two sisters; Mary Earline Pamplin Tabors, husband, Jimmie Labadieville, LA, Mary Helen Pamplin Walters, husband, Sammy of Hamburg, thirteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00pm on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 S. Main  Hope.

Funeral service will be 2:00pm, Monday, October 3, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Patton officiating.
