Mr. Billy Lamar Bo Dodson A.K.A. Little Ding-A-Ling on his C.B., 83, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday September 18, 2007 at his home. He was born on April 6, 1944, in Magnolia, Ark., to Doyle D. and Eunice Edna Dodson. He was a retired Truck Driver, rodeo clown and a cowboy. He was a wonderful father, grandfather, brother, son, uncle and friend to many. He worked on oil riggs in the Gulf of Mexico and was a retired Volunteer Fireman with the Nevada County Rescue Unit and a Skywarn Storm Spotter. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents and by one grandson, Stephen Odea Speakman. His Survivors Include: His Wife: (of 41 years) Carolyn Ruth Lavender Dodson, Hope, Ark. Two Daughters: Billie Lucinda Cindy Dodson Speakman, Milam, Texas. Ruth Ann Dodson Bickerstaff, Hope, Ark. Two Special Sons: Ivan Odea Speakman, Milam, Texas. George Raliegh Bickerstaff, Hope, Ark. Two Brothers: Kenneth E. Dodson and Jenny, Magnolia, Ark. Rodney D. Dodson and Barbara, McNiel, Ark. One Sister: Ferrell F. Dodson Hero and Albert, Chipley, Florida. Two Grandchildren: Lucinda Lynn Speakman, Milam, TX. Micah McMillan, Hope, Ark. and a number of Nieces and Nephews and other relatives. Funeral Servies will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 22, 2007, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel, Hope, Ark., with Rev. Ron Riemer and Elder Deborah Dodson officiating.
