Mr. Billy Eugene Carr, Jr, age 45 of Ward, Arkansas passed away, Wednesday, August 7, 2019. He was born March 1, 1974 in Warren, Arkansas to Billy Eugene Carr, Sr. and Gloria Gene Sandifer Carr. Billy was a gas pump technician, an avid gun collector, enjoyed working on vehicles and was a very devoted family man. Billy is preceded in death by his father, Billy E. Carr, Sr.

Survivors include; wife Becky Carr of Ward, son Brad Tinsley (Rachel) of Cabot, daughters LaTasha Tinsley of Smackover and Amanda Parker (D.J.) of Moro Bay, AR, his mother Gloria Carr of Waldo, two brothers: Kenny Carr (Misha) of Magnolia and Tracy Carr of Jacksonville Florida, two sisters: Ramona Harrison (Terry) and April Hodge (Danny) all of Magnolia, four grandchildren: Sophia Davis, Jaxon Parker, Chloe Parker and Braedon Tinsley, other family members and a host of friends.

Visitation for Billy is 4:00 to 6:00pm, Sunday, August 11, 2019 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 S. Main Hope, AR.

Funeral service will be 2:00pm, Monday, August 12, 2019 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Tim Curtis and Brad Sullivan officiating.
