Mr. Billy N. Burns, Jr. age 55 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.  Billy was born in Hope, Arkansas on July 26, 1961 to Billy N. Burns, Sr. and Mary Martin Burns.   Billy was a true friend to all that knew him, and was a very overly-protective brother to all his siblings.  His favorite hobby was his love to play music and spending time with his many friends.  He also, enjoyed riding his motorcycles. Billy is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his brother; Marty Burns of Spring Hill, Arkansas, two sisters; Cindy Banks and Betsy Allen, husband, Chad all of Springdale, Arkansas, his four

nephews: Chase Banks, Rynne Banks, Reid Banks, Reece Allen, his four nieces: Mardi Gayle Burns, Chaley Holland, Lyndsey Allen and Marley Allen and a host of friends.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00pm on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home 1001 S. Main St Hope, AR

Graveside service will be 10:00am on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Martin Cemetery in Spring Hill, Arkansas with Mr. Harold Freeman officiating.
