Mr. Billy Ray McBay, age 86 passed away November 2, 2022, in Conway, Arkansas.  Billy was born on June 18, 1936, in Hope, Arkansas, to Ben and Marie Reid McBay. He was a welder and a member of Anderson Baptist Church. He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. Billy enjoyed fishing, playing pool and playing his guitar. Billy is preceded in death by his parents, first wife Glenda McBay, sisters, Shirley Burke, Emily DeVenny, half brother Gary McBay, and grandson, Tyler McBay.

Survivors, include; wife Sandra McBay, son, Dr. Billy Reid McBay, brother, Randy McBay, sister Sherry Wylie, daughters, Teresa Harris, Michelle Russell, granddaughter Audrey McBay and several relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends from 2:00pm to 4:00pm on Sunday November 6, 2022, at BRAZZEL/OAKCREST 1001 South Main Street Hope, Arkansas 71801

Memorial internment service will be held at a later date.
