MR. BILLY JOE SAMUELS, 59, of Elkins, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2008, at Washington Regional Medical Center, Fayetteville, Ark. He was born in Hope, Arkansas, on July 13, 1949, to Jesse DeVaughn and Dorothy Etta OSteen Samuels. He was a construction worker and an Army Veteran of Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Samuels. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: His Father: DeVaughn Samuels, Hope, Ark. One Brother: J.D. Samuels and Helen, DeAnn, Ark. One Sister: Judy Jones and Jeff, Hot Springs Village, Ark. Three Nephews: Jim Samuels, Glenwood, Ark. Greg Samuels, Spring Hill, Ark. Trent Jones, Hot Springs Village, Ark. One Niece: Jenee Clayton, Texarkana, Ark. Special Friends: Bill and Rhonda Shackleford Family; Dana and George Cornett and Kelsey Family; all of Elkins, Ark. Special Dog and Companion: Little Bit.
