Mr. Billy Don Simpson, 78, of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away Saturday morning at Twin Rivers Health and Rehab, Arkadelphia, Arkansas. He was born in Hempstead County, Arkansas on August 13, 1930 to Patrick Clebourne and Alpha Comelia Gordon Simpson. He was retired from Logan Grocer Company; a member of First United Methodist Church, Prescott, and Alma Eagle Sunday School Class; member of the Baker's One Stop Men's Coffee Group; former Prescott City Council member; and member of the Army National Guard. Graveside Services 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at DeAnn Cemetery in Prescott, Arkansas with Rev. Jerry G. Westmoreland officiating.
