Mrs. Bobbie Sue Miner, 81 of Prescott, Arkansas passed away, Saturday, September 10, 2011 at her home in Prescott, Arkansas. She was born, Tuesday, July 15, 1930 in Prescott, Arkansas to Watson and Winnie Dale Ursery Ward. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Prescott and was a telephone operator for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her loving and devoted husband of 60 years, Jim Miner of Prescott, her son, Kit Justin Miner and his wife, Barbara of Prescott, her daughter, Kaye Justina Miner of Placerville, California, her brother, Dale Ward and his wife, Ruth Evelyn of Prescott, four grandchildren: Justin Miner, Shannon Laforte, Robert Roser and Samuel Roser and 2 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Bobbie Sue will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 15, 2011 at Brazzel/Cornish The Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jerry G. Westmoreland will officiate the service. The Miner Family will visit with friends prior and after the service at Brazzel/Cornish The Funeral Home.
