Mr. Bobby "Pappy" Fore, age 80, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at his home. Mr. Fore was born on November 16, 1933, in Rosston, Arkansas, to James Foy and Willie Blanche Purtle Fore. He was a truck driver having worked for the Hope Brick Yard, Meyer's Bakeries for 33 ½ years, and was currently employed part-time by Bobo and Bain Construction. Mr. Fore was a member of the Hope Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Gayle Mitchell Fore, and a brother, Billy Wayne Fore. Mr. Fore is survived by a daughter, Ann Fore of Mesquite, Texas, two brothers, Dale Fore and wife Mary of Prescott, Arkansas, and James E. Fore and wife Beverly of Galveston, Indiana, a sister Marvie Sue McNatt of Maude, Texas, several nieces, a nephew, numerous other family members, and a host of friends. The family would like to give a special thanks to caregiver Sue Willis. Funeral service for Mr. Fore will be 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 23, at the Brazzel/Oakcrest Chapel with Mr. Harley Sisson and Mr. James Hastings officiating.
