MR. BOBBY DALE WAKEFIELD, 74, Dallas, Texas, Accountant and Craftsman, passed away March 14, 2008. Bob was the son of the late Troy and Gladys B. Chandler Wakefield of Hope, Arkansas. He was a generous, kind and loving son, husband, brother, father, grandfather, and friend. Bob graduated from Magnolia High School and Baylor University and served his country in the U.S. Air Force. After his retirement from Sears, Bob enjoyed helping others with his skills as a carpenter and craftsman. He had a zest for life and brightened the lives of everyone he knew. His family and friends will miss him greatly. Bob is survived by: His loving wife of 28 years, Lucy, Dallas, TX; One Son: Tommy Wakefield and wife Vickie, Mesquite, TX; One Daughter: Tracey Wakefield, Duncanville, TX; One Stepson: Fred Zavala and wife Lisa, Dallas, TX; One Stepdaughter Linda Morgan, Dallas, TX; One Sister Jimmie Nell Sanders, Hope, Ark. One Brother Kenneth Wakefield, Columbus, GA; Two grandsons: Alex Wakefield, Mesquite, TX and Fred Zavala Jr., Dallas, TX; and numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. Memorial Service 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 12, 2008, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel, Hope, Arkansas, with Rev. Hal Dixon and Mr. Butch Reeves officiating.
