Mrs. Bonnie Hastings, age 85 of Texarkana, Texas passed away, Saturday, June 24, 2017 in Texarkana, Texas.  Mrs. Hastings was born on April 10, 1932 in Emmet, Arkansas to Claud and Eula Belle Ames Campbell.  Mrs. Hastings was a member of the Buchanan First Baptist Church in Texarkana, Texas and was a home maker. She did work for many years that benefited people that were handicapped. She is preceded in death by her parents; Claud and Eula Belle Campbell, her husband, James Harvey Hastings, a brother; Sonny Campbell and a sister; Claudia Christine Wooten.

Survivors include; a son; Claude Randell Hastings of Texarkana, Texas, a daughter; Wanda Nell Herron and companion Micky Pope of Cusseta, Georgia, a sister; Mary Ann Faught of Texarkana, TX, two grand-daughters; Priscilla Johnson of Texarkana, TX and Christel Scheiwer of Millington, TN, other family members and friends.

Funeral service will be 3:00pm on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 S. Main with visitation one hour before the service, with Bro. Don Brazile officiating the service.
