Bradley “Todd” Goode, 44, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away unexpectedly in August 2026.

Todd was one of those people whose presence was hard to miss and even harder to forget. He had an infectious laugh, contagious energy, and a way of bringing a smile to the faces of everyone around him. If you knew Todd, chances are you can still hear that laugh.

And then there were Todd’s stories. He could take a story and run with it, becoming more animated and excited with every detail. His expressions, his enthusiasm, and usually his own laughter were every bit as much a part of the story as the words themselves. You couldn’t help but get caught up in whatever he was telling you. Being around Todd meant laughing, smiling, and enjoying the moment right along with him. His energy and spirit were simply contagious.

From the time he was a young man, Todd dreamed of becoming a dad. When that dream finally became a reality, fatherhood became one of the greatest joys of his life. His son, Kruze, and Mollie, who knew and loved Todd simply as “Dad,” held an incredibly special place in his heart. Being a father gave Todd the opportunity to share so much of who he was—to teach, to guide, to laugh, and to pass along his love for the outdoors and the simple things in life. He looked forward to the years ahead and all the things he still hoped to teach them, the memories they would make, and the adventures they would share. While there was so much more Todd wanted to show them, perhaps the greatest gift he gave Kruze and Mollie was making sure they knew how deeply they were loved and how incredibly proud he was to be their dad.

Todd loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Those were more than hobbies to him; they were part of the way he enjoyed life and the experiences he wanted to share with those he loved.

Todd worked for New Millennium, where he genuinely enjoyed his work. But anyone who knew Todd knew that his job was never what defined him. Todd worked to live; he didn’t live to work. Life was meant to be lived—to spend time with the people you love, do the things that make you happy, laugh often, tell a good story, and make memories along the way. Todd lived his life with that philosophy.

Todd is survived by his son, Kruze Goode; Mollie, who lovingly knew him as “Dad”; his mother, Michele McDaniel, his father, Brad Goode, his grandparents, Valerie and Bruce Snyder, his sister, Jodi Johns, and brother in law Aaron, his nephews, Logan and Brantley Johns, his niece, Harper Johns, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Dan and Jean Goode, and his maternal grandparents, Todd and Marlene McDaniel.

Todd’s life was far too short, but the measure of a life isn’t found only in the number of years lived. It is also found in the people we love, the memories we leave behind, and the stories that continue to be told long after we are gone.

For those fortunate enough to have known Todd, there will always be stories. There will be memories of his animated conversations, his love for the outdoors, his unmistakable energy, and, most of all, that infectious laugh. There will be smiles when someone begins a sentence with, “Do you remember when Todd…” Those stories will be told for years to come.

Todd laughed loudly, loved deeply, told a story like only Todd could, and understood something many of us spend a lifetime trying to learn:

Life is meant to be lived. And Todd lived it.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 31, 2026, at Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home with Bro. Donnie Deaton officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service under the direction of Brazzel-Oakcrest Funeral Home, The Funeral Home of Hope, Ben Brazzel, Director.
