Rev. Wayne Langston, 79 of Sutton, Arkansas passed away, Monday, February 13, 2012 in a Little Rock hospital. Rev. Langston was born, Saturday, June 11, 1932 in the Sutton Community of Nevada County, Arkansas to Reeder and Eunice Hambric Langston. Rev. Langston has been a pastor for 50 years, of which 35 years was at Whites Chapel Baptist Church, he has also worked as a bricklayer and carpenter for 50 years. He is preceded in death by his parents and a son; Jerry Red Langston. Survivors include his wife of over 60 years, Bonnie Ellis Langston, two sons; James Langston and wife, Freida of Lewisville and Kent Langston of Rosston, two daughters; Ronda Grimes and husband Tim of Prescott and Donna Neece and husband, Tommy of Flower Mound, Texas, two brothers; Gene Langston of Emmet and Larry Langston of Fort Smith, three sisters; Ethel Dillard of Mt. Vernon, Texas, LaNell Ussery of Texarkana, Arkansas and Sue Willis of Emmet, 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. The Langston Family will receive friends, 6:00 to 8:00pm, Wednesday, February 15th at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home 1001 S. Main Hope, AR. In lieu of flowers the Langston Family request memorials to Whites Chapel MBA Church or to the Nevada County Cancer Society. Funeral service for Rev. Langston will be 2:00pm, Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel in Hope. Rev. Jerry Evans, Rev. Arliss East, Rev. Donnie Dillard, Rev. David Dillard and Rev.
