Carmen Joy Rainwater, age 70, passed away on Monday November 6, 2023, in Texarkana, TX. She was born on July 18, 1953 to Wayne Harold and Peggy Ann Modisette. While she loved to paint, she enjoyed spending time with the grandchildren while they rode horses. She is preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her mother, husband Tim Rainwater, a son Kyle Peek (Denni) of Hope, AR, brother Harold Modisette (Jeanne) of Reno, AR, sister Sarah Haynes (Gary) of Minden, LA, and two grandchildren Morgan and Addy Peek.

Visitation will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday November 9, 2023 at Brazzel Oakcrest Chapel. Memorial Service will be Thursday November 9, 2023 at 2:00 pm in the Brazzel Oakcrest Chapel.
