Ms. Carolyn Hamilton, age 71 of Hope, passed away, Saturday, May 18 in Hope, Arkansas. She was born on July 29, 1941 in Prescott, Arkansas to James A. and Dorothy D. Cassady Hamilton. She is a member of New Liberty Missionary Baptist Church in Emmet. Ms. Hamilton is preceded in death by her father; James A. Hamilton. Survivors include; her Mother; Dorothy Cassady Hamilton of Emmet and her cousins; Irma Sue Purtle of Sutton, Ruth Ann Hudson of Camden, Diane Parker of Odessa, Texas, Michael Whitten of Denver, Colorado, Bill Hamilton, Emmet, Arkansas, Richard Hamilton, Texarkana, Texas, Sarah Hamilton, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Pat Hamilton, College Hill, Texas and Herman Lynn Hamilton, Hamburg, Arkansas.
