Carolyn Susan Baker Williams, age 75, of Prescott, Arkansas passed away on November 13, 2025, in Texarkana, Texas surrounded by family. Mrs. Williams was born on July 31, 1950, in Galveston, Texas to Bruce and Clementine Smith Baker.

Carolyn led many medical record departments throughout her 40+ year career. She held ART and RHIT certifications and served 2 years as the treasurer for the state medical records association. She loved spending time with her family, traveling, but most of all, camping with her husband, Ron. She had a love for sports and supported her kids and grandkids in all that they were involved in.

She is preceded in death by her parents Bruce and Clementine Smith Baker.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 54 years Ronald (Ron) Williams, daughter, Jennifer Smith (John), son, Doug Williams (Jodi), and daughter, Laura Matthews (Scott). Her grandchildren, Ashley Akbar, Andrew Akbar, Jadyn Smith, Jordan Smith, Lynlee Williams, Colton Williams, and Ramsey Matthews. Her siblings, Ronald Baker (Janie), Richard Baker (Belinda), Joseph Baker (Amelia), Jeff Baker (Gretchen) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025 at First Baptist Church in Prescott, Arkansas with Bro. Neal Ridling. Burial will follow at New Salem Cemetery under the direction of Brazzel-Cornish Funeral Home.
