Ms. Cassandra Nicole Cassie Carter, age 20, of Gurdon, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2013, in Cherokee, North Carolina. She was born March 30, 1992, in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, to Mark Wayne and Kimberly Ann Bullard Carter. Ms. Carter was a homemaker and a member of Beech Street Baptist Church in Gurdon. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Cletus and Darrise Carter. Ms. Carter is survived by her father, Mark Wayne Carter and wife Rebecca of Bismarck, Arkansas, her mother, Kimberly Ann Bullard King and husband Mark of Gurdon, a son, Jaxson Avery Evans of Gurdon, a brother, Charles Carter and friend Hanna of Hope, Arkansas, three sisters, Ashlee Carter of Bismarck, Loren Carter of Bismarck, and Callie Clark and husband Adam of Gurdon, her maternal grandparents, Charles and Eva Mae Bullard of Gurdon, her aunt, Stacey Bullard of Arkadelphia and numerous other family members and friends. Visitation 6:00 to 8:00pm, Sunday, March 31, at Beech Street Baptist Church on Red Springs Road in Gurdon Funeral service for Cassie will be 2:00pm, Monday, April 1, 2013 at Beech Street Baptist Church with Bro.
