Mr. Cecil M. "Dick" Bittle Jr., age 76 of Hope passed away, Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at his home. He was born, Saturday, February 25, 1939 in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Cecil M. Bittle Sr, and Grace Evangeline Verser Bittle. Mr. Bittle was a retired veteran of the United States Air Force, serving 16 years and served four years in the US Navy and he, also, worked for the Arkansas Game and Fish, as a dispatcher. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Hope and he was a very loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Bittle is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, of 41 years, Audry Sue Bright Bittle and his brother-in-law; Thurman Wright. Survivors include; two sons; Scott Bittle, wife, Michelle of Hope and Brett Bittle of Moore, Oklahoma, sister; Betty Wright of Hope, five grandchildren; Cory Bittle, wife, Shawna of Hope, Sean Bittle, wife, Jennifer of Texarkana, TX, Sarah Erwin of Hope, Kristen Bittle of Ft. Smith, Amanda Bittle of Moore, OK, six great-grandchildren, other family members and friends. Visitation; 6:00 to 8:00pm, Friday, February 27, 2015 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 S.
