Mr. Chad Cummings, age 44 of Gurdon , Arkansas passed away, Tuesday, November 1, 2016 . Chad was born in Texarkana , Texas on May 10, 1972 to James Keith and Martha Ann Phillips Cummings. Chad was a Sales Representative for South West Equipment Company in Hope, and a member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church in Prescott .  He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Booger Red and Joyce Cummings.

Survivors include, his wife, Renee Sparks Cummings of Gurdon, a step-daughter; Kelli Pennington of Gurdon, a grand-daughter; Piper, his parents, Keith and Martha Cummings of Prescott, a sister; Jennifer Cross, husband, John of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, his maternal grandparents; John and Sue Ratcliff of Prescott, other family members and a host of friends.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00pm on Friday, November 4, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Cornish The Funeral Home of Prescott 1196 Hwy 371 West Prescott, AR.

Funeral service for Chad will be 2:00pm, on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Cornish Funeral Home, with Bro. Neil Ridling and Bro.
