Mr. Charles F. Pete Verno, 64 of Bodcaw, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Mr. Verno was born March 14, 1946 in Whitwell, Tennessee to Morris and Daisy Ella Day Poindexter. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include Seven Cousins; Garry Poindexter, Bodcaw, Thomas Harold Poindexter, Texarkana, AR, Jewell Norman Poindexter, Bodcaw, John Michael Poindexter, Bodcaw, Norman Poindexter, Little Rock, Paul Poindexter, Shover Springs, Paula Cummings, Bodcaw. Step-Brother, Lindell Poindexter, Camden, and Four Uncles; William Poindexter, Wilbur Poindexter and Jewell Poindexter all of Bodcaw and Homer Poindexter, Shover Springs, AR. Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 20, 2010 in Bodcaw #1 Cemetery in Bodcaw, Arkansas with Rev. Lane Garner officiating. Interment will follow the graveside service. Family will receive friends on Friday, March 19 between 6:00 and 8:00 P. M. at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home, Hope, AR.
