Mr. Charles Raymond "Chuck" Hartley, Jr, age 43 of Delight, Arkansas passed away Friday, April 8, 2016. Chuck was born March 15, 1973 in Germany to Charles Raymond Hartley, Sr. and Carrie Webb Hartley. He was of the Baptist Faith and served in the United States Coast Guard. He was a loving, father, son and brother, a recipient of the Bronze Star and the Humanitarian Award. Chuck was a great mechanic and an artist, who loved to hunt and fish with the best of them.

Survivors include; his mother, Carrie Varner, husband, Thomas of Spring Hill and the father that also helped in rearing him, Jody Hickox of Way Cross, Georgia, son; Chae` Underwood of Virginia, daughter; Ashley Nicole Underwood of Port Smith, VA, maternal grandmother; Carrie Webb of Prescott, four brothers; Austin Hartley of Delight, Dallas Hartley of Prescott, T.R. Varner, wife, T.K. of Spring Hill, Jessie Stone, wife, Misty of Conroe, TX, sister; Brandy Tiffany, husband, Major Justin Tiffany, Jr.,  two grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

There will be no formal family visitation.
