Charles William Smith of Fulton, Arkansas, age 93, passed away on Tuesday August 27, 2024, in Texarkana. He was born on August 13, 1931, in Fulton, Arkansas to Jackie Leon and Opal Irene Smith. He served as a Corporal in the First Calvary Division of the United States Army, he fought the Korean War. Charles was a farmer, a truck driver, a hard worker, and always provided for his family. He loved to have his many  cookouts with family and friends alike.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Jackie and Opal Smith, his wife of 68 years Corine Smith, and one daughter Donna Kay Adams, son in law Curtis Adams.

Charles is survived by his two sons Charles Wayne Smith (Kelly), Ricky Eugene Smith of Fulton, Arkansas, daughter Vickie Foster (John) of Emmet, Arkansas, ten grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Graveside service will be Friday, August 30th, 10AM at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Texarkana, AR.
