Mrs. Charlotte J. Boatman, age 84 of Fulton, Arkansas passed away, Sunday, February 2, 2020 in Texarkana. She was born March 15 1935 in Gurdon, Arkansas to Amos and Floyie Hart Black. Charlotte was a retired nurse's aide and a very devoted family lady. She is preceded in death by her parents, a husband, Howard Boatman, and two brothers, Jimmy and Ronald Black.

Survivors include two daughters, Linda York husband Homer of Nashville, AR, Pam Horton (Kenny Pittman) of Fulton, AR, a brother, Larry Black wife Jo Ann of Hope, AR, two grandchildren, Jennifer Northcutt (Terry Tussey), Kevin York (Donna), three great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 South Main St. Hope, Arkansas 71801.

Funeral service will be 2:00pm, Thursday, February 6, 2020 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Jimmy Joe Akin officiating. Burial to follow at Memorial Gardens in Texarkana, Arkansas.  Arrangements are with BRAZZEL/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope, Eddie BRAZZEL, Director. Online condolences
