Mrs. Cherry Parmer, age 71 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, July 1, 2021 in Texarkana, Texas. She was born September 24, 1949 to Ralph and Alice Seaton Rogers in Hope, Arkansas. She was a loving, devoted mother, and will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Ralph Garner Rogers III.

Survivors include: one son, Greg Baker, wife Tessie of Texarkana, Texas; one daughter, Monica Parmer of Hope, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Sophie Elizabeth Baker and Chloe Bittle; a host of friends and loved ones.
