Mr. Chester "Bailey" Atkins, age 72 of Rosston, Arkansas passed away, Friday, June 13, 2014 in El Dorado at the Life Touch Hospice House. Mr. Atkins was born in Willisville, Arkansas on January 12, 1942 to Robert Garner and Mildred Avis Bailey Atkins. He was a member of Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, a US Air Force Veteran and a employee of Potlatch as a Boiler tender. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include; a sister; Judith Atkins Zumwalt of Blevins, three nieces; Amelia Zumwalt Nelson and Victoria Zumwalt Jordan both of Blevins and Linda Ruth Zumwalt Hayden of Paris, Tennessee, two nephews; John Garner Zumwalt of Amite, Louisiana and James Arthur Zumwalt of Choteau, Montana, many cousins, other family members and friends. Visitation 12:00 (noon) to 1:00pm, Sunday June 15 at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Graveside service, 2:00pm, Sunday, June 15 at Mount Olive Cemetery at Waterloo, Arkansas.
