MRS. MARGARET CLAUDEAN BRITT, 77, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2008, at Pinehope Nursing and Rehab, Hope, Ark. She was born on August 31, 1930, in Nashville, Ark., to Guy Farley and Esther Wakefield Farley of Nashville, Ark. She was later adopted by her father, Herman Stewart of Mineral Springs, Ark. She was a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hope, Ark. She was preceded in death by her husband, of 52 years, Wilson G. Britt; by one sister, Alene Reeves Walker; by one daughter, Karen L. Williams; and by one granddaughter, Stephanie Britt Skidmore. HER SURVIVORS INCLUDE: TWO DAUGHTERS: Linda OSullivan and John, Destrahan, LA. Lori Alberson and James, Hope, Ark. FOUR GRANDSONS: Bryan Williams and Rhonda, Little Rock, Ark. Jamey Alberson and Nikki, Hope, Ark. Justin Alberson and Samantha, Hope, Ark. Joel Alberson, Hope, Ark. THREE GRANDDAUGHTERS: Ria OSullivan and Nicole OSullivan, Destrahan, LA. Jenna Tucker and Jeff, El Dorado, Ark. TWO GREAT-GRANDDAUGHTERS; Alexis OSullivan and Kyleigh OSullivan. ONE GREAT-GRANDSON: Drake Alberson, Hope, Ark. SPECIAL CAREGIVER: Charlotte Bobo, Hope, Ark.( who went above and beyond making her last struggling years more pleasant and full while becoming daughter and sister by way of our hearts in the process. And Several Nieces and Nephews and Cousins. FUNERAL SERVICE will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 27, 2008, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home, Hope, Ark., with Rev. Earl Cumbie officiating. Burial to follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Hope, Ark. Arrangements by BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home, Hope, Ark. SPECIAL THANKS TO: Hope Haven Retirement and Staff for being such a wonderful caring and loving place to live for her last few years; to Pinehope Nursing & Rehab for being so nice and caring in her difficult last several months; to Medical Park Hospital for making her transitions in and out of I.C.U. and the Nursing Home run smoothly in the past five months.
