Mr. Clifton Eugene "Bubba" Laughard, 58, of Hope passed away at his home on Tuesday, April 20, 2010. He was born February 12, 1952, Hope, Arkansas to James Pershing and Dixie Darlene Huckabee Laughard. He was disabled. He was preceded in death by his father. His Mother: Dixie D. Payton, Hope, Ark. Three Brothers: James GaylonCurly Laughard and Carolyn Eason, Hope,AR. William Ronald Billy Laughard and Sheryl, Hiwasse, AR. Darin Laughard and Bonita, Hope, Ark. One Sister: Renee DeLoach, Nashville, Ark. And Two Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
