Coach Herbert J. W. Bedford, 73 of Spring Hill, Arkansas passed away Thursday, November 26, at Medical Park Hospital, Hope, Arkansas. He was born June 25, 1936 to Jesse William and Alice Floy Montgomery Bedford. He was a retired coach and teacher for 32 years in Texas and 8 years in Arkansas for a total of 40 years. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church, Spring Hill, Ark. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Edwin Bedford and Jerry Pines; and by two sisters, Ailene Bedford and Yvonne Washburn. HIS SURVIVORS INCLUDE: ONE SON: Bert J. W. Bedford and Karri, Nacogdoches, TX. TWO DAUGHTERS: Mary Ronda Plant and Ralph, Spring Hill, Ark. Misty Malinda Banks and Randy, Spring Hill, Ark. ONE BROTHER: James Thomas Bedford, North Richland Hills, TX. And Twelve Grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
