Mr. Dale Ward, age 81 of Prescott, Arkansas, passed away, Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at Hillcrest Care and Rehab in Prescott, Arkansas. He was born August 28, 1932, in Prescott, Arkansas to Watson and Winnie Ursery Ward. He was a retired cattle and diary farmer, member of the First United Methodist Church in Prescott and a Veteran. He loved the outdoors; hunting and fishing, especially pheasant hunting in South Dakota and quail hunting in Texas, but most of all he loved his family. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister; Bobbie Sue Miner. Survivors include; his wife of 62 years, Ruthie Ward of Prescott, two sons; Ned Ward and Nicky and Loretta Ward all of Prescott; grandchildren; Jessie and Jason Bennett of Bauxite, Casey Ward of Fayetteville, Chelsie and Jake Higgins of Benton and two great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church 125 West 2nd Prescott, AR 71857. Visitation, 6:00 to 8:00pm, Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Funeral service, 10:00am, Friday, June 13, 2014 at the First United Methodist Church, with Rev.
