Danny Gilbert, 68, of Fulton, AR, died on Friday, August 10, 2018 at 7:55 am at his home. He was a wonderful, husband, father, pawpaw, uncle, friend and truck driver. He was always the life of the party, known for his sense of humor and tall tales, and never let the truth stand in the way of a good story .

He was survived in death by his beloved wife, Sharon Gilbert of Fulton, AR, daughter Tisha Gilbert and her husband Russell Minor of Louisville, KY; son Danna Gilbert and wife Misty Gilbert of Washington, AR; and son Nick Gilbert and wife Renee Gilbert of Hope, AR; four grandchildren, Tyler Gilbert, Hannah Gilbert, Kail Gilbert and Carter Gilbert; and 16 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Finley and Lillian Gilbert, siblings, Alice May Boyce, Johnny Gilbert, Ruby Bennett, and Tambra Gunter as well as two brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law, Ruddles Bennett, Donald Gunter, and Ann Gilbert.

Visitation 1:00 to 2:00pm on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Old Liberty Church in Fulton, Arkansas.
