Mrs. Darlene Sinyard, age 80 of Hope, Arkansas, went home to be with her Lord, Thursday, February 25, 2016. Mrs. Sinyard was born March 22, 1935 in Falcon, Arkansas, to Ira Wootson and Estelle Leola Vines Duke. She was a member of Spring Hill United Methodist Church in Spring Hill, Arkansas. She retired from the Hempstead County Courthouse with 38 years having worked in the Tax Assessor's Office and the County Clerk's Office. Mrs. Sinyard is preceded in death by her parents, Ira and Leola Duke, and one son-in-law, Eddie Webb.

Survivors include; her husband of 65 years, L.A. Sinyard of Hope, Arkansas, two daughters; Sandy Dougan and her husband, Jack, of Emmet, Arkansas, Susie Butler and her husband, Mike, of Okolona, Arkansas, one brother, Ray Duke and his wife, Bettie, of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, three grandchildren; Dennis Dougan and his wife, Kelly, of Emmet, Arkansas, Danny Dougan and his wife, Kari, of Amity, Arkansas, Ashley Collins and her husband, Seth, of Okolona, Arkansas, six great-grandchildren; Mike May, Cory Porter, Dalton Dougan, Kaylee Dougan, Abigail Dougan, Griffin Collins, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00pm, Friday, February 26, 2016 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope, Arkansas.

Funeral Service is 2:00pm Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Brazzel/Oakcrest Chapel with Rev. Revel Kidd and Rev. Ron Eldridge officiating. Burial to follow at Snell Cemetery in Emmet, Arkansas.
