He had struggled with health issues for the last several years and God decided it was time for him to go home and have no more suffering, no more pain, and no more confusion. Just peace and comfort. He is preceded in death by his father, his grandparents, and several uncles and aunts.

Survivors include; his loving wife of 17 years, Grace Leonhart, his mother, Patricia Culley of Wieser, Idaho, a special aunt, Renee Edwards, four brothers; Mike Culley and his wife, Jean, of Washington, Arkansas, James Culley of Medicine Park, Oklahoma, Tom Culley and his wife, Lori, of Wieser, Idaho, John Bardan of Wieser, Idaho, three sisters; Nancy Zinn and her husband, Darrell, of Wieser, Idaho, Patty Vinton of Maine, and Margaret Green of Wieser, Idaho.
