Mr. David Israel Hawkins, age 47 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Monday April 22, 2019, in Magnolia, Arkansas. He was born November 29, 1971 in Phoenix, Arizona to Gene and Betty Ivey Hawkins. He was an IT officer at the Bank of Ozarks and went to the First Assembly of God in Hope, Arkansas. David was devoted to his family and his church. He loved to be outdoors and was a computer game fanatic.

Survivors include his wife of 26 years Ladonna Hawkins, two sons, Matthew and Timothy Hawkins, his parents, Gene and Betty Hawkins, a brother Daniel Hawkins (Li) of Charlotte, N.C., two sisters; Deborah Dubois (William) of Fort Washington, MD, and Christina Greenlees (Michael) of Baltimore, MD, numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of work and church friends.

Visitation will be from 1:00pm to 2:00pm, Thursday, April 25, 2019 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 South Main St. Hope, Arkansas 71801.

Funeral service will be 2:00pm, Thursday, April 25, 2019 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest with Bro. Kenny Martin officiating. Burial to follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Shover Springs, Arkansas.
