Mr. David Carroll Mullins, age 70, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2011, in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was born in Waco, Texas, October 12, 1940, to Milton Carroll and Ruby Aaron Mullins. He was an Army Veteran, certified electrician, and school bus driver. He was preceded in death by his father, his wife, Minnie Mullins, and his brother, James Donald Mullins. His Survivors Include: His Mother: Ruby Aaron Mullins, Hope, Arkansas. His Son: Joshua Mullins, Hope, Arkansas. His Grandson: Jason Mullins, Nashville, Arkansas. And several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 11, 2011, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel, Hope, Arkansas, with Mr. Harley Sisson officiating.
