Mr. David J. Padfield, 87 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Sunday, July 24, 2011 in Texarkana, Texas. Mr. Padfield was born, Tuesday, June 17, 1924 in Moscow, Pennsylvania to Henry and Winifred Richards Padfield. Mr. Padfield was a Presbyterian, a Marine Corp Veteran of World War II and a retired Auto Part Store Owner. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Lola Wortham Padfield. Survivors include; Son, Ken Padfield and wife, Carole of Aiken, S.C., a brother, Edwin Padfield of Kure Beach, N.C., 3 grandchildren; Keri Spitz, Jennifer Chappell and Jeffery Padfield and 5 great-grandchildren, Sage and Jamie Spitz, Jayson, Allyssa and Danielle Chappell. Family to receive friends, 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Friday, July 29 at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home of Hope.
