Mr. David Plumley, age 66 of Lewisville , Arkansas passed away, Saturday, July 23, 2016 in the VA Hospital in Little Rock , Arkansas .  Mr. Plumley was born in Hope , Arkansas on February 21, 1950 to Lantis and Darline Sinclair Plumley.  Mr. Plumley was US Marine Corp Veteran serving in the Vietnam War and was a retired brick layer.  He was of the Assembly of God faith. Mr. Plumley is preceded in death by his parents, a son; Andrew Plumley, an infant daughter; Robin Plumley and a step-daughter; Monica McLellan.

Survivors include; two step-sons; Scotty Reese and David McCord,wife, Jodee,  a daughter; Shannon Cook, husband, Jamie of Kirby, Arkansas, a brother; Spencer Plumley, wife, Sandra of Lewisville, Arkansas, two sisters; Lana Peterson of Longview, TX, husband, Art Poyer of Gainesville, Florida and Lisa Grasso, husband, Randy of Dallas, TX, three grandchildren; Baylie, Katie and Austin Cook.

Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior's Project in lieu of flowers.

Visitation is one hour before the service, on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 , starting at 1:00pm at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home 1001 S. Main Hope , AR.

Service will be, 2:00pm , on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Bobo and Bro. Spencer Plumley officiating. Burial will be at a future date in Knighton Cemetery in Lewisville , Arkansas .
