Mrs. Debbie Powell, age 58 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Tuesday, April 30, 2019. Debbie was born June 18, 1960 in Hope, Arkansas to Rocky and Shirley Foster Biddle. She was a house wife and worked as a clerk in retail sales. She was of Christian faith, an avid player of bingo, and coffee drinker. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles Powell, and a daughter Kathy Contreras.

Survivors include a son, David Coile (Ashley) of Spring Hill, AR, a daughter, Jamie McGlone (Frank) of Hope, AR, a brother, Dana Wayne Biddle of Shover Springs, AR, a sister Michelle Biddle of Hope, AR, eleven grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two aunts, Bessie Crider and Eva Jane Morehead, six nephews, three nieces, and a host of family and friends.

The family would like to thank all of Mrs. Powell's friends and loved ones that were there for her in her time of need. She loved all of you.

Visitation will be from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Friday, May 3, 2019 at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest 1001 South Main St. Hope, Arkansas 71801.
