Ms. Denesa Lanett Byrd, was born January 10, 1971, along with a twin sister, to Ms. Gladys Block and Mr. Johnny Aaron Byrd in Prescott, Arkansas.

She departed this life on April 16, 2016 at Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana. She was a member of the United Pentecostal Church of Prescott and she was a 1990 graduate of Prescott High School.

She was preceded in death by her, father, Johnny Aaron Byrd, her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. R.C. Block, Sr., and Mr. and Mrs. George Byrd, two uncles; Robert Block, Jr. and Anderson Block, an aunt, Estelle Block.

She leaves to cherish precious memories, her Mother; Gladys Block of Prescott, her Brothers; Fred Eugene Morgan of Texarkana, TX, Clifford Morgan, Jr. of Nurnberg, Germany and Jamie Jerome Hawthorne of Prescott, her Twin Sister; Latresa (Michael) Williams of Stamps, AR, Niece; Jamaya Hawthorne of Prescott, Nephews; Fred Morgan of Prescott, John-Aaron Biddle of Stamps, Javon Zachery of Texarkana, TX, Uncles:  George Byrd of Dallas, TX, Dan Block of Rockford, IL, Thomas Block of Troy, OH, Freddy Block of Prescott, and Kenneth Block of Hope, Aunts; Myrtle Lee Walker of Prescott, Opal Lee Hall of Prescott, MaeBelle Sammuels of Prescott and Carolyn Sue Boazman of Jacksonville, AR and a host of other family, relatives and friends.

There will be a family wake 5:00 to 7:00pm, Friday, April 22, 2016, at BRAZZEL/Cornish Funeral Home 1196 Hwy 317 West in Prescott.

Funeral service, 11:00am, Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the United Pentecostal Church in Prescott. Burial will follow in DeAnn Cemetery in Prescott, with Bro. Charles Holden and Bro. Terry Grant officiating.  Arrangements are by BRAZZEL/Cornish The Funeral Home of Prescott.
