Mrs. Diane Black, 66 of Guernsey, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2010, in U.A.M.S. Hospital, Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born November 13, 1943, in Ashdown, Arkansas, to Odell and Geraldine Ford Ayers. She was a Teachers Aid and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her father Odell Ayers.
