Mrs. Donna L. Childers, age 60, of Blevins, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2011, at her home. She was born in Prescott, Arkansas, on November 28, 1950, to James and Mary Inez Byers Cole. She was a registered nurse caring for patients at Medical Park Hospital of Hope, Arkansas, and Christus St. Michael Hospital of Texarkana, Texas, during her career. Donna was a loving mother and wife. Donna enjoyed cooking, her pets, music and golf. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband: Glenn Childers, of Blevins, Arkansas. Two daughters Kristy Colvin, of Cabot, Arkansas, and Teresa Gentry and husband Mike, of Blevins, Arkansas. One brother Ronnie Cole, of Prescott, Arkansas. Mother-In-Law Flossie Childers of Prescott, Arkansas. Two Sister-In-Laws JoAnn McKinnon of Prescott, Arkansas, and Jeanie Taylor and brother-in-law Howard Taylor of Prescott, Arkansas. Several nephews, nieces, grand nephews and nieces. A special companion Gracie. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 4, 2011, at Brazzel/Cornish The Funeral Home Chapel, Prescott, Arkansas, with Rev. Jerry G. Westmoreland officiating. Burial to follow at Snell Cemetery, Emmet, Arkansas. Arrangements by Brazzel/Cornish The Funeral Home, Prescott, Arkansas.
