Early in the morning of August 7, 2017, Donna Potter, age, 63, beloved daughter of Freddie and Louis Hatfield Smith, and mother of Troy Reed, and Cody Zepeda, slipped away to join her deceased husband, Otto Potter, in the hereafter.

Donna is survived by her mom, Louise Smith, of Spring Hill, Arkansas, sons; Troy Reed, wife, Mandy of Elkins, AR., and Cody Zepeda, wife, Angela of Dallas, TX., brothers: Darrel Smith, and David Smith wife, LaShonda all of Hope, AR, grandchildren: Ashley, Sierra and Bailey Reed, Avery and Carter Zepeda, and Whitley, LaCole and Ty Frederick. She also, leaves her beloved canine companion of eight years; Janie, a blue Afghan, many other family members and friends. Donna was a big dog lover and helped with food often for the Animal Shelter. She was born in San Francisco, lived in California much of her life, was a para-legal and enjoyed working as a reporter for HopePrescott.com, the last two years of her life.

The family thanks Mary Anne Ward and family, Wendell Hoover, Haskell Morse and Mark Keith for all their kindness shown to our loved one.

Per Donna's wishes, there will be no formal funeral service held.
