Mrs. Doris Cole, age 98 of Washington, Arkansas passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday morning, December 26, 2015 at Heather Manor in Hope. Mrs. Cole was born June 13, 1917 in Benton, Iowa to W. Milt and Electa Dillenburg Jones. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist Faith. Mrs. Cole is preceded in death by her parents, W. Milt and Electa Jones, her husband, Darrell L. Cole, and one sister, Bernice Bandera.

Survivors include: three daughters; Joyce Hamlin and her husband, Bob, of Carson City, Nevada, Beverly Gilbert and her husband, Bill, of Washington, Arkansas, Karen Libby of Fort McCoy, Florida, eight grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
