Mrs. Doris Jean Quillin Anderson, 80, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2010, in Christus St. Michael Health System, Texarkana, Texas. She was born February 25, 1930, in Hempstead County, Arkansas to Lloyd and Vera Powell Quillin. She was a homemaker; retired poultry farmer and a member of the Bethany Baptist Church, Spring Hill, Arkansas and loved to garden. Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her parents; and by her husband, Brice Anderson; one daughter, Regina Carol Anderson; and two sisters, Vena Mae Kidd and Evelyn Sue Tarpley. HER SURVIVORS INCLUDE: TWO SONS: Curtis Anderson and Lillian, Hope, Arkansas. Garry Anderson and Judith ,Spring Hill, Arkansas. FOUR GRANDCHILDREN: Angie Gentry and Anthony, Hope, Ark. Chad Anderson and Ellen, Spring Hill, Ark. Amanda Brown, Hope, Ark. Christy Turner, Spring Hill, Ark. EIGHT GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: Austin and Noah Turner; Brady Gentry; Chance Anderson; Alexandria and Wylie Durham; Ramsey and Garrison Brown.
