Mrs. Dorthia Catherine Burns Camp, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away on Monday September 24, 2007 at Christus St. Michael Health System, Texarkana, TX. She was born on January 30, 1923, in Patmos, Ark., to Homer and Lillian Rogers Burns. She was a retired secretary of L & L Pulpwood Co. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Hope, and the Fidelis Sunday School Class there, also. She was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband, Bryan Camp; by two sons, Phil and Wayne Camp; by one daughter, Cathy Simmons; by one sister, Lamay Rogers, and one grandson, Kyle Hart. Her Survivors Include: One Son: Dennis Camp and Sheila, Chidester, Ark. One Daughter: Sandy Lloyd and Don, Hope, Ark. One Brother: Narvel Burns, Houston, TX. and Seventeen Grandchildren and forty-one great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 27, 2007, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home Chapel, Hope, Ark., with Rev. Keenan Williams officiating.
