Mrs. Elisha Hawley, age 50 of Texarkana, Arkansas, formerly of Hope passed away Saturday June 15, 2019, in Dekalb, Texas. Elisha was born June 14, 1969 in Hope, Arkansas to Edward Dewayne and Betty Ann Stone Loe. She was a paraprofessional and of Baptist faith. She is preceded in death by her father, Edward Dewayne Loe.

Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Betty and Maurice Fomby, four children, Hope and Marissa Hawley of Texarkana, AR, Kaliegh McBay (David Beard) of Hope, AR, Camille and America Hubbard III of Hooks, TX, Holland Hawley of Texarkana, AR, a brother, Brian Wilson of Texarkana, AR, five grandchildren, Leah Murray, America Hubbard IV, Camira Hubbard, Saxon Bunnell, Kamya Hawley, and numerous other family and friends.
