Mrs. Elsie J. Williams, age 98 of Hope, Arkansas passed away, Sunday, February 10, 2013 in Hope. Mrs. Williams was born July 10, 1914 in Rosston, Arkansas to Grover Cleveland and Margaret Ella (Maggie) OKeefe Jarvis. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Rosston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Williams, her two sons; Richard and Bob and her parents. Survivors include; daughter; Betty Sue (Hart) Rowe and husband, James Richard (Doc), her brother; Fred Jarvis, wife, Nell of Camden, her sister; Mary Lou Smith, husband, Horace of Camden, 10 grandchildren: Judith Hammock & Gerald, Ricky Hart & Judy, Sonya Odom & Randy, Angie Williams, Micki ONeal & Butch, Virginia Coleman & Jim, Marie Brian & Glenn, Tim Wright, Renee Irby and Michelle Efird & Tim, 9 great-grandchildren and a number of great-great-grandchildren and special care giver, her great-grand-daughter; Shannon Odom Rowe. Visitation 6:00 to 8:00pm, Monday, February 11, 2013 at Brazzel/Oakcrest The Funeral Home in Hope. Funeral service will be 2:00pm, Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the First Baptist Church in Rosston, Arkansas. Bro. Mark Faulkner and Bro. Bubba Wells to officiate.
